Hey Cory

The only "new" version of Love Takes Time I am aware of anywhere is the version from Orleans Live: Volume 1 (1990), which we own the rights to. It's not that we're not allowing the original for download. It's that we don't have the legal authority to offer it. MCA does.

But if you're not yet on our email list, go to www.OrleansOnline.com and do that so you can get 10 other downloads, including the original 4-track demo of that tune ... and hear very soon about a new release of a collection of obscure, never before heard cuts.

Hey guys,

Long time fan here, thanks for all the great memories and songs.

Question for you on Love Takes Time. All the downloadable versions, be it iTunes or Amazon MP3, are a newer version, not the original radio one, why? Where is the original hiding? On Amazon it is listed as track 19 on the CD Dance With Me, but if you go to the MP3 version on Amazon it is not listed.

No offense, but I don't much care for the new version and would like a copy of the original... am I just missing something or are you guys not allowing it for download as a single?

Thanks again,

Cory

YES!! I saw both of those and was SO thrilled to hear "Still the One." (Some A.P. newspaper accounts of the Federer match specifically mentioned Orleans, not just the song.) At the convention, when Ted Kennedy left the stage and the music started I thought you guys might actually be there, given Larry's previous involvement with the campaign. :)But anyway, it was wonderful to hear on both those occasions. Congratulations! I'm so proud to know you.
